Death by PowerPoint

I've been thinking a lot lately and I must say that although I love the use of technology in class I am getting sick of how people are using PowerPoint.  Now days it seems that everyone uses PowerPoint as thought it's air or water.  While I will advocate the use of PowerPoint in the classroom, I cannot advocate for the inappropriate use of it especially to bore children.
